To use YourName@CALI-Strong.com, you will need to have an email account that allows you to configure an email alias. The easiest is a Gmail.com account. I will give you an example with Gmail, but it will be very similar on other systems.

Once you have verified your email address, you can go back to your Gmail Settings / Accounts and in the “Send Mail As” area, mark your new email as your default email address.

Now when you write an email you can choose always choose which address you send it from, and it will automatically respond using the address it was sent to.

FYI:

If for some reason you are still using Yahoo mail, now is the time to dump it. Even Yahoo employees don’t use Yahoo Mail, and they get paid.

I was never here. We never met. This never happened.

  1. Way better option than using Yahoo.com or MSN.com for your email. More importantly, all the cool user names are not taken already.
